In 2017, I am so excited to announce that TreeHouse will begin offering classes addressing resilient emotional and mental health for Collin County youth. These series will consist of 6 weekly classes to be held on Sunday afternoons. These classes are not intended to take the place of counseling, but are designed for the general population to promote anxiety reduction, emotional regulation, social skill development, and overall self-esteem improvement. I hope that you will consider and share these upcoming series with the children and teens in your life, and together we can make a difference in our youth generation, one child at a time.
